How do I buy items on your website?
When you see a product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:
Select your product from your favourite category. click on ‘buy now’. This will take you to the checkout page.
You can also add the item to your cart and when you’re finished shopping, click on ‘Checkout’ to complete your order.
At checkout, if you’re a new customer, you’ll need to fill in a few personal details and your chosen shipping/delivery address.
If you’re a returning customer, you will need to sign in and select your preferred payment option before clicking the ‘Place order’ button.
You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and shipping & payment details.
A member of our customer support team will be in contact with you shortly thereafter to confirm your order and delivery preferences.
I can't find what I am looking for. What can I do?
Use the search bar to help you find an item you may not easily locate.
In the event you don’t find your item, check back in a few days as we’re always keen to increase our product range and we love to keep our customers satisfied. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
I’ve placed an order. When will it arrive?
We at Everything Mall with our same day delivery policy ensures orders placed before 12:00pm are delivered same day and remaining orders after 12:00pm delivered next day. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, and you’ll be contacted by phone by Everything Mall customer support officer/ Delivery Team on the day of delivery to confirm your availability.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Our customer support officer always calls you before any delivery is made to confirm the details. If you are unable to be present, then delivery can be rescheduled within 3 days. If 3 unsuccessful attempts at delivery are made, your order will be canceled.
I haven’t received my purchase. What should I do?
If you have not had any contact from Everything Mall 5 days after ordering, then please call us on 0556766625 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to quote your order number when you contact us – you can find it in the email sent as order confirmation.
Can I have my purchase delivered to an address other than my home?
Yes. Everything Mall delivers to the address of your choice – just make sure you enter this in the “shipping address” field at checkout.

The Everything mall corporate office is located at Haatso Adjacent the Fidelity Bank.
How can I pay for my order?
Everything Mall makes shopping super convenient with several payment options to choose from:
- Cash on Delivery: Place your order and pay cash on delivery

Can I negotiate with you on your prices?
We go out of our way to source you the best products at the best prices, and we’re sure you’ll agree. For this reason, we are unable to negotiate on price.
